Gluten/Dairy Free Brownie Fatbomb
*Gluten free, dairy free, can be sugar free depending on sweetener choice.
All you need is a hand mixer or food processor to mix the dough. To get started add everything into the bowl then mix/beat for 3-5 minutes until a stiff dough forms.
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup unsweetened 100% cocoa
2 tbsp powdered sugar (powdered swerve sugar replacement works great too)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp honey OR 2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Once you have your dough prepared grab a sheet of parchment paper and roll out the dough into balls the size of the width of a fifty cent piece and lay on the parchment. Chill in fridge for best results.
*They will keep for a week but I always eat them all before they reach that old!
