Store-bought Gluten Free Ideas
Sometimes (probably more often than not) I find myself with little time to prep food so I end up needing something quick. After countless research hours here are some of the things I have found that are ready to eat, AND gluten free.
Fresh fruit or veggies, any that you want. Grapes, apples or berries are great to have and snack on in the car or just walking around the house while coralling kids, doing homework and sports drop offs.
